Corrigan Introduced as New Athletics Director

After leading the athletics program at the U.S. Military Academy for eight years, Boo Corrigan will become NC State's next director of athletics. Helped by private support from thousands of Wolfpack Club members, Corrigan will lead an program that includes 23 teams, revenue of about $86 million and more than 200 full-time employees.

Arena at Reynolds Coliseum to Be Named for Legendary NC State Men’s Basketball Coach Jim Valvano

Historic William Neal Reynolds Coliseum will now share its name with another icon of NC State Athletics, as former men’s basketball head coach Jim Valvano will join Hall of Fame women’s basketball coach Kay Yow in being recognized at the famed venue. At a ceremony on December 5 prior to NC State’s Heritage Game, James. T. Valvano Arena will be formally dedicated to the legendary coach who guided the Wolfpack to the 1983 national championship.

Strength in the Pack: A Pictorial Look Back at the 2017-18 Season

NC State Athletics enjoyed a historic year in 2017-18, including a first-ever Top 25 national ranking in the Learfield Directors' Cup at No. 15 and a best-ever graduation success rate. Thousands of donors to the Wolfpack Club helped NC State Athletics make "Wolfpack Unlimited: Refuse to Accept the Status Quo" a reality.

Cassius Williams Honored with 2018 Godwin Red Torch Award

NC State alumnus Cassius Williams has been recognized for his long record of voluntarism and support of the university with the 2018 Jerry and Elizabeth Godwin Red Torch Award, given annually in appreciation of individuals or families that have volunteered with leadership, dedication and distinction to advance the university and to further the foundation’s mission.
