This year’s Shelton Leadership Forum provides practical strategies that current and emerging leaders can use to build a culture of accountability for self and others while also cultivating a positive work environment. The Caldwell Fellows program is pleased to announce the recent gift from John F. and Penny Higdon establishing the John O. and Mary E. Higdon Caldwell Fellows Program Endowment. This endowment, named in honor of John’s parents, celebrates John and Mary’s commitment to family and their enthusiastic support of the goals and ideals of the Caldwell Fellows Program.

Lanier Family Makes Generous Gift to NC State Women’s Basketball Locker Room Enhancement

NC State alumni and loyal Wolfpack women’s basketball supporters Gayle and Dwain Lanier have made a generous $250,000 donation toward the program’s locker room enhancement plan. In appreciation of this gift and its commitment to strengthening the Pack, NC State's Board of Trustees has approved the naming of the upgraded space to the Gayle and Dwain Lanier Women’s Basketball Locker Room.

Former Park Faculty Scholar Named Fulbright Distinguished Chair in International Relations

Clifford Griffin, associate professor in the School of Public and International Affairs, was recently named a Fulbright Distinguished Chair in International Relations. As a result, the former Park Faculty Scholar will have the opportunity to conduct research at the International Relations Institute at the University of Sao Paulo this year.
