On Sept. 16, NC State is holding a special, one-time fall edition of its annual Day of Giving fundraising event. Day of Giving: Stronger as a Pack will focus on meeting students’ basic needs, need-based scholarships and diversity and inclusion programming.

NC State Athletics Launches Preserve the Pack Campaign

Much like the rest of the country, NC State Athletics is facing significant challenges as a result of COVID-19. In an effort to address an expected multimillion-dollar deficit resulting from lost ticket and television revenue and more, University Advancement, NC State Athletics and the Wolfpack Club have launched a special fundraising effort. Contributions to Preserve the Pack will provide unrestricted funding to maintain the best possible student-athlete experience and protect NC State Athletics and all that it means to the university community.

Syngenta Donates One-of-a-Kind Laboratory Equipment to N.C. PSI

Long-time NC State corporate partner Syngenta recently donated four plant-growth chambers to NC State’s Plant Sciences Initiative. These chambers, with their unique capabilities and a specialized weighing system for water-use research, are valued at more than $1.5 million, making this the largest corporate donation that PSI has received to date.
