The multidisciplinary hub brings together students, industry partners and faculty like Ola Harrysson, Edward P. Fitts Distinguished Professor in the Edward P. Fitts Department of Industrial and Systems Engineering and co-director of the CAMAL, to solve complex problems. What may seem like a relatively new technology has been around for more than three decades, and NC State has been a long-standing leader in the space.
