Ragini Murarka took full advantage of the network of resources available to her as a graduate student in the Department of Physics. She hopes to help current graduate students embrace opportunity at NC State by creating the Ragini Shah Murarka Graduate Student Award Endowment in the College of Sciences.

Eduardo Catalano Scholarship Smooths Recipient’s Path

As a United States resident through the Temporary Protected Status program, Miguel Castellanos has been unsure of where he’ll be living in 18 months and how he’ll pay for his next semester of school. Thanks to the Eduardo Catalano Architecture Scholarship Endowment, Castaellanos can focus on his master's studies in the College of Design.

Alumnus’ Ties to NC State Inspired Endowments

NC State alumnus Glenn Futrell, who earned bachelor’s and master’s degrees in civil engineering in 1963 and 1965, respectively, believes in giving back. Futrell and his wife, Phyllis, established a scholarship and two endowed professorships in the Department of Civil, Construction and Environmental Engineering, and they have supported the new Fitts-Woolard Hall.

Scholarship Benefiting Wolfpack Families Continues to Grow

The Employee Dependent’s Tuition Scholarship can provide up to $2,000 annually to all dependents of current full-time employees who have been successfully admitted to the university as first-degree undergraduate students and meet regular academic requirements. The scholarship is helping more employees’ children to earn their degrees from NC State while serving as a “thank you” for employees’ hard work.
